I love how the Japanese title can be read as “love it” but also as “rabbit”, and there are various references to rabbits in the song. The lyrics are about someone who feels weak, fearful and insecure (in Western stories such as Aesop’s fables, these are traits commonly associated with rabbits). This person tries to fill their inner void by committing to many short and superficial relationships (rabbits are known to procreate a lot) which usually fail because this person thinks they deserve less than anyone else, and that’s why they keep getting hurt and even say it’s okay if they get hurt. The part about the rabbit looking at the moon is a reference to a Japanese myth I don’t remember.
